Annie Murphy

Anne Frances Murphy aka Annie Murphy was born on 19th December 1986. The actress was born in Canada and has been working as an actress on film for several years. She is mainly known for performing the role of Alexis Rose in the CBC sitcom television series Schitt's Creek started in 2015 and ended in the year 2020. In her performance, she earned critical praise and the Primetime Emmy Award. Her birthplace was in the Canadian province of Ontario. Her parents taught at both schools. Elmwood School, Ottawa is the first place she performed in theater productions. She then enrolled at Concordia University, where her diploma was in theatre performance. Then she attended workshops in the Canadian Film Centre Actor's Conservatory and was able to learn about acting. After that, she relocated to Los Angeles in her early twenty-somethings to pursue acting. Annie Murphy made her acting debut in 2007, with a crime-thriller TV film called Lethal Obsession.
