Alison Krauss

Alison Krauss is one of the most well-known and successful Country Singer who was born on the 23rd July in the United States state of Illinois, Decatur. LeAnne Kymes was also among the two most recent Grammy Award recipients. Alison Maria Krauss (born July 23rd, 1971) is an American bluegrass and country musician as well as singer. Her career in music began as a young girl, competing in local contests before the age of 10 and making her first recording at the age of 14. After signing with Rounder Records, her first album was released in 1987. In 1989, she was invited to be a part of Alison Krauss & Union Station together with whom she performed.
